Possible surcharges  Please Note - Whilst there is no charge for paying with Debit cards, that we will pass on to you the 2.5 per cent bank charges for balances paid on Credit cards. Most companies that we use for Red Sea Holidays now include Airport Departure Tax but Red Sea Divers Ltd will add a 3 pounds per person booking fee  - this booking fee will also provide Travel Trust Association Fidelity Insurance Protection (also known as the Safe Seat Plan) for any money held by our company on your behalf with cover up to 11,000 pounds per person. 

On some trips there is a late booking charge and/or ticket on departure charge that we may have to pass on to you. Your flight or tours will be booked with one of our associated ATOL bonded Tour Operators for whom Red Sea Divers Ltd acts as Authorised agents. All such booking will be subject to the Tour Operators booking conditions, When a booking form or telephone order and deposit of 250 UK Pounds has been received a contract exists between you and the ATOL bonded Tour Operator and upon receiving the deposit of 250 UK pounds per person, we will issue a Confirmation of Booking Invoice/ATOL Receipt. Full balances must be paid in cleared funds 84 days before departure or with the deposit if this is a late booking (within 12 weeks of departure). A copy of the Tour Operator's confirmation will be sent to you showing the Tour Operator used with their ATOL number. Please Note: For non UK clients travelling independently - diving arrangements and liveaboard boats are offered by and are the responsibility of the specific dive centre which will be confirmed and invoiced and on payment of the balance due, followed by the issue of a voucher by the diving centre in Egypt.
