The intention of Red Sea Divers Ltd website www.redseadivers.com is to convey prices and availability of selected tour operator’s holidays for whom we act as retail agents, or occasionally - Tours specifically packaged together by us under the use of our limited ATOL No T7076. The displayed holidays and those packaged by us are not an offer but an invitation to treat. Any contracts concluded between Red Sea Divers Ltd and you, the customer, are subject to standard terms and conditions. A contract is only complete when we accept your offer by sending you confirmation of our acceptance, and is effective when sent by us. The contract document contained in the acceptance from us of your offer, and our terms and conditions or those of the relevant chosen tour operator or those of Red Sea Divers Ltd and are incorporated into the acceptance and excludes any other representations. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The condition of this website is on your agreement that the contents which are shown and any matter that arise between Red Sea Divers Ltd and you the customer falls under the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts and Law
All our air holidays provided by tour operators or packaged by us as requested by you the customer are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. This protection is primarily for customers who book and pay in the UK. You can click on the ATOL logo on this page to obtain further details.

In compliance with the rules and regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), when you book with Red Sea Divers Ltd, normally, the ATOL protection for the cost of your complete package holiday is provided by the Tour Operators for whom we act as authorised agents - However, on some bookings, where we act as the principle, by packaging two or more separate elements of your holiday together - you will enter into two separate contracts. The first is for your flights (if applicable) which we secure from Full ATOL holders - This element of your holiday is covered by the full ATOL Holders Bond although we do have a restricted membership of ATOL, our Number is ATOL T7076 (which allows Red sea Divers Ltd to do this) The remainder of your holiday cost where we act as principle is contracted with Red Sea Divers , which with our full membership of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) - our membership No is U247X gives the following protection for any other money we hold from you. For your complete protection, this money is placed into a trust account, that is overseen by an independent trustee, and cannot be touched until you have received your holiday, thereby guaranteeing your holiday cost against any potential of company insolvency. Possible surcharges Please Note - Whilst there is no charge for paying with Debit cards, that we will pass on to you the 2.5 per cent bank charges for balances paid on Credit cards. Most companies that we use for Red Sea Holidays now include Airport Security Tax but Red Sea Divers Ltd will add a 3 pounds per person booking fee - this booking fee will also provide Travel Trust Association Fidelity Insurance Protection (also known as the Safe Seat Plan) for any money held by our company on your behalf with cover up to 11,000 pounds per person. On some trips there is a late booking charge and/or ticket on departure charge that we may have to pass on to you. We continually make every effort to attain the highest possible standards of exactness using reasonable care and skill, but we cannot be held to blame for the content contained within this website especially the information that is supplied to us by other Tour Operators. We would therefore keenly advise you to check all particulars of your holiday travel arrangements at the time of booking.
Prices shown on this website are valid at the time of input. However we do reserve the entitlement to change prices or other such details as deemed necessary at anytime. Prices may go up as well as down. Our travel consultants will confirm the correct price and advise any amendments before booking is confirmed.
We do reserve the right to withdraw/add or amend any price without notice.
As a matter of course we collect information such as names, address when an enquiry is made or a booking is confirmed. Red Sea Divers will use this information for customer services and administration. In order to fulfil our commitment to you we will disclose this information to our service providers and agents. We will only contact you to let you know about future products or services we may offer that we feel maybe of interest to you if you request inclusion on our mailing list. We never send you offers, which are unsolicited - If you receive offers direct from our associated Tour operators please contact them direct to ask them to stop or contact us and we will insist that they stop immediately.
All our holidays and prices are in pounds sterling and include most taxes unless otherwise stated although ticket on departure/security charges and/or fuel surcharges may apply to some holidays.
Any customers that make a booking as a result of this website or by talking to our travel consultants are advised that a valid 10 year passport is required. If you do need a 10-year passport we would suggest that you apply at least 10 weeks before your expected departure date. Any child or children under the age of 16 will need their own passport. Many countries including Egypt require that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the return departure date.
A valid passport and any visa requirements required is your responsibility. Red Sea Divers will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced or valid for travel.
The lead Person making the booking must be 18 years or over and must accept reasonability of all members in the party travelling.
It is the duty of the lead passenger to inform Red Sea Divers about any facts that may affect any members of the group's ability to travel.
It is conditions of booking that you have adequate insurance either by taking out our special holiday insurance or by arranging another policy that offers the same or greater protection then ours.
Offers are open to UK residents only and charges may be incurred for any amendments made to the booking or travel arrangements.
Red Sea Divers reserves the right to refuse to accept any order or booking placed by you the customer.
Carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to the Warsaw convention (as amended if applicable) national legislation and the carrier’s conditions of carriage.
